The system stayed down and I had to call headquarters while sitting there waiting for the 10' ft truck. After being given the run around to actually get a 10' ft truck rental. Had to discuss harshly with Corporate about all the changes that was made since that Monday after renting the 10' ft truck. From changes to this location and all I went through as a customer is UNACCEPTABLE!
