The truck that was provided to me was dirty and had a used condom, used toilet tissue, and other trash in the truck. I had to clean the truck due to my time constraints for moving! Called to file a claim and still havent heard back from anyone.

william kTook quite awhile to get the keys even though I submitted everything online for the mobile pickup. The man working was very nice, but I am frustrated with the fact that I was billed for gas when I returned it as he said (with the same amount of fuel I received the truck with). I also wasn't told where the drop off box was to return the key after closing. It was dark when I came back with the truck and on the visible fence, there were just boxes with locks... after about 5 minutes of looking for it I decided to return the key in the morning. When I got there at 10am, they weren't open yet, but I saw the orange drop of box, which was hidden by a truck. I just dropped my key there.
