The dealers a (married couple) were very friendly, and the whole process went well. They even gave me their contact information which made the pickup and drop off process go a lot more smoothly, since the online procedure was sometimes glitchy. (The U-haul app and emails would occasionally direct me to click a U-Haul web page to complete a process, and it would usually not open on my phone.) I would be happy to deal with them again!
