La reservación la hice con anticipación y tenía que recoger el camión a las 12 pm y llegué a las 11:50 AM y estuve 2 horas esperando con todo en regla y la persona que me atendió no pudo hacerme la entrega,tuve que yo mismo comunicarme por teléfono y el personal me resolvió,eso me causó una persona de dinero ya que tenía que retornar a mi destino para entrar a trabajar y no pude hacerlo
