Overall things went good at this location. The young man there helped us hook up the dolly to our truck, however he did not offer as much physical assistance with hooking up our vehicle, it would have been nice because when we dropped it off after use the attendant at the drop off location told us that we were supposed to hook up the chains to secure the care more. Thank good ness it was a small car a arrived safely
