So, I dropped the trailer off at 1:45 PM and there was nobody at the location to accept delivery of the trailer. When I called U-haul, I was told I was supposed to return it at noon???? I received the trailer in Spring, Texas after 10:30 AM, i rented it one way with the drop off in Eagle Lake, Texas at noon???? Horrible experience.
