The rental process was very easy as was the return. The cargo trailer was well maintained and did a 5 hour round trip with no problems at all. The interior of the building was a little warm, and could have been because the ac wasn’t on or wasn’t working.

Lance DThe National U-Haul website was down and we had had to wait an hour for it to come up. This delayed me in meeting with my hired moving help and they charge $200 an hour, and it cost me that hour. This problem was of no fault to the local U-Haul representative or their business. It was a national U-Haul problem That would be nice if U-Haul would refund me $200 for the hour lost that I had to pay the moving help.
