There isn't anything that you can improve on. I walked in a little after 9 to pick up a truck that I wanted to rent. While waiting I notice that it was an irate customer that wasn't listening or reading a piece of paper that was handed to him. I stood patiently because I also work in customer service and it is not easy dealing with those who want you to create Rome in a day on their time. After the man left it was my turned to be service and Mr. Roudolph was more than professional, he was curtious while trying to get me my truck another young lady that was working and she came across a problem that he had to attend to. He excused himself and they whichever computers for him to accommodate the other customer and myself. I am going to assume he was training and he multiple customers that were standing behind me. There were other incidents that accrued as I was standing there but I think you get the point. That young man deserve a raise. He handled it all without blinking hard. If I need another uhaul I will go directly to him for his assistance

First the young lady at the counter Jennifer, seemed like she did not really want to help she should be put in the back with her not so helpful ora, then the van smelled like horse shit was being moved previously, then lastly the front tail light was out I called to maybe get another van the young lady transferred me to a line to get assistance but I stayed on hold for over thirty minutes luckily I didn't receive a ticket that night. For the money I spent, service, the van my experience should have been better I will not be using this location again. Sorry my comment is not good but my experience was not the best.

The app doesn’t take into consideration the held amount when paying for end of reservation you get charged the full amount and then have to wait for the bank to release the pending funds

It's highly disappointing to see the way in which your customers are handled with very little regard. In an effort to honor the commitment I made I put gas in the vehicle before returning it. unbeknownst there is some kind of error with the gauge of your gasoline reader. After putting in $20 worth of gas in the vehicle ,the light remained on for the low gas indicator. It wasn't until I had driven at least a half a mile did the gauge slowly start to rise. That should be addressed. In light of this information the staff did nothing whatsoever to adjust the rate or to give credit to the fact that I have put so much gas in the vehicle in an effort to do what I said I would do

Stop moving so fast when a customer is trying to show you something. I was overcharged almost $18 because the guy returning the trucks didn't listen when I was trying to explain the fuel discrepancy with the truck. I was given the truck on 3/4ths instead if 7/8ths. Even though it was a simple mistake, taking a few minutes to listen to what I had to say would have prevented me from being over charged.

rent a truck once a month. The employees know me, call me by name when I walk in the door. I'm usually in a truck within ten minutes of arriving, and it takes about five minutes to return the vehicle. I am very happy with this location.

The truck was great to have but I also ordered a hand truck and a dozen covers for my furniture. When I arrived, they did not have the hand truck or covers which really wasn't cool. If someone would have called me beforehand, I could have rented or purchased those items on my own somewhere else, a head of time. I had to improvise and use sheets to cove things. Now I cannot use those sheets if I needed to. I think the staff is ok not great. They were fast and polite but they were too relaxed joking around and in some ways, it felt like a hang out... I think they should not stand around in public it looks like they are not working. One guy, Gerrod was very helpful and took initiative while other stood around in a hangout way.
