You could have all of your employees wear face mask. There is a pandemic going on and some of your younger employees clearly DO NOT care! Their was an employee sitting/standing out in the consumer area with no mask on at all not under his chin just not their at all. After a few minutes he went and sat behind the counter. Clearly the public can not be held accountable for not wearing mask, but at work it should be mandatory especially when you have to deal with the public. The woman who worked there was terrific, knew her job, and was professional.

While I would recommend this location to a friend because of its convenience and clean vehicles the customer service provided by the staff was not equally as remarkable. The gentleman working this facility were outside and provided good customer service upon my return of the vehicle but the female who assisted me in my rental was rude and short with me when I asked simple questions about the capacity of the vehicles to see which was best for my needs. A customer ended up helping me understand which was best (truck or van) after hearing her tone towards me. Even when I tried to be overly polite in hopes that she would respond differently she remained curt in her responses. If I had not needed the van I would've left.

12/19 I called just to make sure my reservation was good spoke to a women who assisted on changing some items I didn't need with no problems. 12/20 Staff super helpful great to see men multitasking and still working efficiently...even though one of the gentlemen was assisting me and taking calls for stocked items handled it so professionally...this is my 2nd time using this location great people

The uhaul app to return my rental vehicle froze up on me. I was at the above location over 30 minutes trying to input all the information pertaining to the return. Customer service hold time was a disaster. I called twice, I was on hold for 31 minutes and 34 seconds just to speak to a representative. The van that was rented to me had scotch tape wrapped around the driver side mirror. I thought that was unprofessional.
