Added equipment was not available and had to make a second trip to another location to get Dollie’s and furniture pads. This should have been communicated beforehand.

The process took over an hour and said to be a few minutes. The truck brakes weren't the best and the gear shift did not work properly. Then returning the truck i had to take pictures n such at 9pm at night.
