Friendly and great customer service. Everything was hooked up and ready for me to rent. Getting the truck was the easiest part of the move. Would absolutely recommend this location.

You guys charged me for 116 miles when I did not do 116 calculate your business to the Drake apartments back to Eastlake that does not calculate to 116 miles I will be calling in the morning with a complaint
Precious PThis was just a remote drop off. No issues.
Alicia SBusiness was not open. I received a call from original drop-off location that they could not take any more trucks. UHaul did not contact me with another drop-off location. I had to make calls myself. When I finally was given another drop-off location by phone, I was told I would get a text and email with the location. I didn’t get either. So, no instructions either for drop-off. It was an inconvenient and frustrating experience. The ratings have nothing to do with Action Automative; they are for UHaul, specifically.
