The agent Joe was a Stand up Guy
Gregory BArranging and picking up my rental was smooth and easy. The person who rented the van was very friendly and told me what to do if I returned the van after hours. I was assured he would take care of the return. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I returned the van ten minutes before the listen closing time and they where closed. I dropped the keys in the orange box as instructed, this was a Friday evening. Monday morning I received an email from U-Haul stating the van was not returned with a number to call I called and spoke to a representative of U-Haul, very nice person. I’m sorry I forgot her name. I called the rental location twice and got an answering machine. The U-Haul rep took care of my issues and the van was returned with the correct charge on my credit card. Thank you U-Haul!
