Very good very nice very clean very fast service and because my trailer lights did not work I had to use my emergency blinkers all the way from South Carolina to Georgia so time I got to Georgia my car battery was dead and the lady at the Uhaul jumped me off very helpful

Had to wait 45 minutes for paper work. Lady working that morning had never done one before had to call two people to help her. So, although I had gone to the store 4 days before rental and given them all the information including credit card information.

The location is so busy with their regular customers, I felt like an intrusion while picking up our truck. Maybe I was there at a bad time, picking up at 8am on a Monday.

This location is a truck stop/convenience store. When we went to drop off, there was only one person working the whole store the entire time, so we had to wait and wait to be able to return the uhaul and get our receipt. The lady was nice...not her fault! But they should have another person to help.

Do Not charge someone's card over something that could have been cleared up right then and there and not even communicate with me what is going and, charge my card for not having enough fuel in the truck. We thought we had enough. All you had to do was tell us then and there, we would have driven BACK to the fuel pump and put more fuel in the truck! After all, you are a travel fueling station.

Personel were courteous but the rental process was last on their priority apparently. They needed to wait on truck drivers, gas and convience customers as well as lottery customers before they could complete Uhaul. Would not have rented here except only truck available in the size I needed close enough to be feezable.

The vehicle was in poor condition; it was dirty and filled with ants. It also had some motor or transmission issues and we were scared to drive it out of town so returned it within an hour of waste of money! Will never use or recommend uhaul again.

The truck was old, it had 140,000 miles on it. The interior was not very clean, spills were still visible, the truck keep on drifting right on the interstate. The back had not been swept out either. The lady was very helpful, though

Have someone to take the equipment back. Picking up an employee hooked up trailer. Dropping off someone didn't help taking trailer off my vehicle. They just helped themselves to my wallet!!



Yes only because the nearest location (Greensboro, GA,) Uhaul was horrible.... Went to that location twice earlier in the week to make sure I had a truck...promised a 15ft was available on the first visit...on second visit, said only 20 ft was available...The office lady "used my drivers license" to record the reservations (put that under my middle name, I later found out)... for a Sunday pickup and stated "key would be in a lockbox, code I could get on Sunday from 1-800-GoUhaul ...On Saturday, I called that number and "Donna" confirmed reservations (that's when I learned it was under middle name) however, "Donna" did not know anything about a lockbox code...Donna transferred me to "Kelli" who also did not know....Kelli had "Elaine" from Uhaul location in Oakwood, Ga (100 miles away) call me. Elaine said (1) Greensboro office was closed (2) no such thing as a lockbox (3) Further, that ALL vehicles at Greensboro were already rented out and even though I had reservation, SORRY ABOUT THAT until mid-morning Monday after Greensboro opened and trucks were returned...Elaine was VERY SHORT, DIRECT, and "Just Sorry about that", no help! I then called Uhaul 1-800 again and spoke with "Tamara?" - She was very helpful, found me a truck (50 miles out of my way) but a truck and made reservations for Sunday pickup...She issued a $50 Certificate - After much headache, lots of time, lots of out-of-the-way driving, 50 roundtrip miles, I got my truck and made the move.....Truck itself was excellent! Took more than one hour to turn-in truck at Eatonton, Ga, and initially tried to over-charge me by $130.00....finally got that squared away.... (initially $290, finally was $150.00) -

Yiur company took 414.27 from my checking accoubt illegally. I rented a 15 foot truck, 12 blankets and 2 handtrucks which was less than 150.00. Please tell me why you felt the need to take almost 275.00 additionally.

I rented the truck at 8:30 AM on June 5th. We arrived at the Eatonton GA home we were moving into the evening of June 5th, but we couldn't unload because we were having a major downpour and storms that evening. Our helpers had to come the morning of June 6th since the evening of June 5th was a rainout. We began unloading at 7:00 AM and were not complete until 9:45 AM. We then drove to this Eatonton, GA Drop off location that ws 30 minutes from our new home. Upon arrival the U-Haul location I found Danielle and she was working the cash register for a busy gas station. She was also the U-Haul contact. She was not pleasant to deal with as she had a line of convenience store customers waiting for her to check out. Danielle immediately told me I was 2 hours late and she was charging me for an extra day and was in a hurry to close the contract out. I called U-Haul customer service and the direct U-Haul person was very nice over the phone and resolved my issues.

The part I did not agree with is the fact that an order of boxes was sent to me. I did not order them and they were tacked on the end of the order since I did it on line that is bad business and not professional. I spoke to Rose when I received the email and she said she would stop the order. They showed up anyway. I realize this is your way of upselling since most people need the boxes but that is not right to tag at the end of the order.

Everyone was really nice, equipment was in good condition, but I think the pricing is high. For one day, one way, 120 miles was $176.
