The vehicle I reserved was not available upon arrival. There was no apology or effort to fix the situation, they just offered me a pickup truck because that's the only vehicle that was there. When I asked if they could provide straps since I would now need them to hold down the items they told me no. The person working the counter asked the manager to come out and speak to me, which he declined to do.
