The switch for the a/c was very difficult to move n turn on. It felt completely stuck, like glued in place.

BENIGNO RWe did not get to speak to anyone there about the faulty flooring in the truck. They had a sign that they were on site but not in the office. After waiting 30 mins then going back and waiting another 30 mins. we had to leave due to prior appointments.
