It might not be related to this specific location, but in the app, I had one location, and I received an SMS with a pick-up point that was about 5 km away from the actual one. I had to pay extra for a taxi because someone messed up.
Anton RUhaul went the extra mile to be sure we got the right truck.
Alan HIt sucked. The truck ran like shit. Somehow in 2025 you have trucks without cruise control. I was NOT told there was a mileage limit and upon return of the truck I was. And then promptly charged an additional $180.00. Overall a pretty garbage experience.
