The location was great and the service at store smart was great. But the uhaul itself was awful to drive, needs some maintenance for sure. Also I will probably never use uhauls services again. I locked the key in the unit at the drop off location. Was told you guys dont have spare there and I would need to call uhaul to get a locksmith. Why isnt the locksmith included in the rental cost ? I got additional insurance and still had to pay 100 out of pocket !! What an expensive day! I paid uhaul almost $200 plus $50 in fuel, only to have to dish out another $100 ! Ridiculous. Other companies do not do this.

Amber has the worst customer service imaginable. I rented a truck for less that 6 hrs paid for the day. They charged me double the amount. And are sent an email stating I owed x amount and it needed to be paid in x amount of time or there would be an additional charge of 30. Amber is extremely arguementive and holding ZERO accountability for the rental says they arent a Uhaul yet in clear site displays in the showroom that they are in fact an "Uhaul Authorized Dealer" . Daren the "Territory Manager" also has a communication block when explaining the process in rectifying my issues. I have used Uhaul numerous times and based of my experience. I WILL NEVER RENT UHAUL AGAIN!!!!

Representative was quiet, seemed disassociated. Did not offer any explanation on equipment or a run through of the vehicle. The vehicle was covered in ice and snow and a scraper was not provided.

Clean the truck out as it smells like cat urine. Which cost me 3 of my movers. Plus communication with uhaul is very poor.

#1. I’m paying a higher price on storage than what was quoted to me on Sunday Jan. 27/‘19: specifically, by phone I was offered the 10’x10’BREEZEWAY PRICE for a non-breezeway unit. But, that wasn’t offered when we spoke in-person. :( #2. My equipment wasn’t available when booked. But, the $50 move-in credit was diminished to only $40 because I was charged extra $10 for a larger truck due to the guaranteed truck not being available. So, that also cost me more. #3. I have other various complaints about MULTIPLE in-person “SURPRISES” :(( #4. Overall, it’s the best U-Haul experience I’ve had in years!

There was a small bit of dirt accidently left and I was told that if it weren't cleaned there was going to be charged $25. I don't even make that much and hour. I would have to work 2 hours to pay that. That is absurd. Took a broom and cleaned it myself. Another money hungry way of getting extra money out of people. No wonder the rich get richer.

I went to this location after the other location, Being Healthy Nutrition, failed to deliver and was terrible; the person there had only notified me that my vehicle was unavailable AFTER I had arrived and had to call them, and I was already arriving 30 mins later for as a cushion. Then, the person had me call customer service myself. Absolute worst. However, the person at StoreSmart was incredible.and patient, and it was quite easy to get everything going from then. Thanks!

They did not have the size of truck I pre-booked, I was given a smaller truck. Made my move very difficult. Then I wanted to pay my bill with my debit card, but the machine was not working. I was given a $10 discount for the trouble. I don’t feel that’s fair, but didn’t have the energy after a difficult move to address the issue with the instore staff. This was the worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had.
