My pickup got switched to this location the day before, I chose an actual depot so that I wouldn't have any issues. When I got here the keys were not in the box and I had to wait nearly 2 hours and speak to a handful of people in order to get my vehicle which made me late for my movers. The only compensation I received from U-Haul was $50 which didn't even cover my losses.

HUGH FThere was no one around and they wouldnt answer the phone
James FThe customer service at this location was good. However, there were issues with the U Haul booking technology and the customer service from the U Haul personnel was terrible. Their solution, send me to another pickup location.
John GAwkward parking with large rock debris in the parking area that I had to try to avoid. Lots of other vehicles strewn all over the yard area.
