As a business owner, the process of renting one of your units was extremely inefficient where the original order was cancelled and a new one entered because I entered the request and sent my employee to use the vehicle. Apparently, this is not an acceptable practice. The second issue, I rented a unit from one location for a specified pick-up time of 10am and I received a call 3-4 minutes before pick-up that we needed to go to a different location to pick up the unit. Third issue, the measurement for the interior do not account for wheel wells nor the door opening. Not too impressed. My employee also had choice words of the individual processing the rental unit and they were not positive.
