Simeon KThis is not where I booked the Truck but was notified prior to pick up that I needed to use this location! The store was about 20 minutes late in opening and by the time the clerk got organized it was probably 45 minutes later than I was told I could pick up the truck. It is not in the best area of town. Walked in to the store that was filled with drug paraphernalia. Drug use and driving shouldn’t mix! They didn’t have enough moving blankets to fill my reservation order so I hade to make do with 18 and not the 24 I ordered !
Gordon MWill never drop off a uhaul here again. The worker was rude and disrespectful, does not how to work uhauls system, I ended up having to check in my uhaul on my app. He tried to tell me that I owed 5,800.00 in charges and without my authorization tried to charge my cc on file.
