Reatha OThe key lock system which holds the truck keys was difficult to use and it should be turned around. The sun was shining directly in my eyes while I was trying to unlock it. I could not get it to unlock until I spoke with the rep who told me that I could not pull down on the lock as I was trying to unlock it. There was food items left in the truck under the seat. Also there was no phone charging capabilities in the truck. The passenger side mirror did not operate fully.. The rep I spoke to several times was AMAZING, very patient with me and kind.
