Excellent customer service
Joanna MNicole was so nice and very helpful with my situation about the missing dally I never received. She was patient with me and her communication skills were amazing. I would highly recommend this place to others.
RAYMONA NSmooth and easy
VLADIMIR LI made my reservation a week in advance but two days before my move, I received a call and my reservation was shortened a full day so I had to cancel the second part of my trip. Scheduling clearly needs to be overhauled. The pick up location told me this happens often with online reservations.
