No notice it was an abandoned business. No one on site. Uhaul website says person available until 9pm. No directions on site. No one answered lol cal phone number. Called 800 phone number. Finally a bit of help. We ultimately left keys under seat and locked truck. It took over 1 1/2 hours in cold darkness to return truck. Never again will I rent UHaul!
