This system of no self service is ridiculous with way too many steps and take way too long. I would rather have an employee set it up for me and be done in 5 minutes. needless to say im never using this self service system ever again and im never using uhaul again.

Nothing at all
Victor JThe girl didn't know how to work the system. Almost charged me triple for the reservation I had until I asked her to go back. Turned in the truck at night and got charged double anyways. She was just concerned with getting out by 3pm.
