The girl that hooked up the trailer lost control of it and the trailer hit my truck. She went in and lied to the manager and told him it almost hit the truck. When I spoke with the manager and showed him the damage he told me he didn’t think it happened. I made him line the tongue of the trailer up to the damage to prove and sure enough it lined up perfectly. No acknowledgment from either of them. Supposedly the guy was going to call U-haul and see the next step. I waited 30 minutes and called when I got home. There had been no claim filed according to U-haul, so I made one myself.
