The location was fine but your app is a total piece of crap. I used online check in which apparently doesn’t work for trailers. The next thing I know I have some asshat from scheduling calling me yelling at me like he’s my father telling me I don’t have a valid contract. I would have had a valid contract if your app wasn’t such a piece of crap and mentioned that I couldn’t check in a trailer on the app instead of starting the process (taking photos of my license, etc) and then just quitting.
Christopher DMy only complaint would be that originally my pick up was to be a mobile pick up and that process was just too difficult so I changed the reservation using the chat on uhaul.com. that representative was rude even in chat form and made it feel like it was an inconvenience to answer my questions or to assist
