The inside had grease on floor. Looked like facility didn't even look at anything. When I arrived, they said they are only a drop and pick up. Go online.

Austin TIt’s a bit remote and doesn’t always have in person service during business hours.
Frank PI reserved the truck for Enterprise Industrial Park pickup at 7:30 am. I did not receive a confirmation call the day before. I arrived at 7:30 to be told the truck was not there and the closest one was about 20 miles away. The service rep didn't bother to tell me the other place didn't open until 9, I was there about 8:20. We had loaders waiting on us whom we paid extra since we had no truck. There is more but I will stop here. Bad service and no sense of concern for me the customer. I am a long time customer or was!
