Truck broke down throughout the entire trip. My car fell off the trailer that was connected to the back of the truck because they failed to show me how it goes on and hooks up. The inside of the truck was filthy. The guy put my location for drop off literally 2000 miles away from where I was actually dropping off and they’re now charging me $2400 in fines and fees. This entire company is a scam.
