TIMOTHY HGet someone else who knows what they are doing. This place is ran out of a fog grooming business and the office stinks. Furthermore, I requested a furniture dolly and she gave me a utility dolly (Hand truck). She told me that a hand truck is a furniture dolly. Then she gave me the keys to one truck and then tried putting me another. I had to switch after the key would not work and when using the app, the license plate did not match.
CHARLES WNot much room when you pull off of the road. The office is also used for dog grooming and it smells of wet dog hair. I would have chosen to drop it off at a different location. The lady who handled the drop off was great with a great personality.
