Awesome experience
Joe FThe owner was extremely rude about the employee from the other location that sent me over. He had us wait over 20 minutes for him to arrive and then pecked away at the computer for over 20 minutes grumbling the whole time about how incompetent the other lady was. He even placed a phone call to the other U-Haul location to complain about her while my wife and daughter waited in our truck. He was very rude and I will never rent there again. He should not be a U-Haul provider.
