You debited my account 30days after and I have no ideal why then I’m not able to talk to a person and the place it was rented keeps giving me run around in 4/27/18 you charged my account twice without my knowledge one in the amount of 91.$ and the other in the amount of 76.24$ and I have know ideal why so there for it’s a fraudulent charge and someone needs to tell me why this was done and if it’s a mistake refund it but I need to know immediately . You don’t charge someone’s account without letting them know my number is4439000566

The staff at Navy Gas Station were very helpful. I called a uhaul number (215) 839-0300 to change my drop off location, but the guy on the phone told me Navy Gas Station didn't take motorcycle trailers and refused to edit my drop off station, despite the fact that I had talked to Navy Gas Station just before I called him to make the edit. The person who refused to change my reservation should be reprimanded for being too lazy to help and showing poor customer service. He outright lied and said that Navy probably had no training for trailers and couldn't receive one. The guys at Navy Gas Station made a call and removed the trailer from my SUV and closed the reservation. Those guys were awesome! They should not have had to apologize for the other guy's behavior.

The man at the navy gas station was very helpful. He was kind to us and made sure the check in was prompt. He asked if we needed any help. I would highly recommend going to this location for any uhaul needs to friends and family. I will definitely be using uhaul for my future moving and storage needs. I would like to thank the man for fast service and getting me the best deal possible. Our truck was given to us with a change oil reminder and a low tire pressure light on. When a car gets to the point where an oil change light is on, it’s way past due. This is extremely unsafe and I was thoroughly disappointed. Trucks should be in the best working condition and I should not be worried about over heating due to a lack of oil. I should also not have to stop and put air in the tires immediately after driving off. Very very disappointed in this experience.

I've used U-Haul many times and I have to say they have all been good experiences, some more than others but on average they were very good to excellent. This one, right off the bat, I felt bad for this guy. I worked overseas many years and this guy was a foreigner, trying his best to run his company while at the same time trying to do what he had to do for me. Together we got it done. Truck was ok but I had no confidence that it would complete the miles needed in this move. It did, so I was wrong. It wasn't as clean as others I've had with U-Haul. Overall it was a "C" grade.

Was sent to another location than what was listed when booking. I never would have booked at this location as it is in a bad area. When I arrived, person behind the counter stated that the worker who normally handles the U-Haul rentals went to the bank. After waiting 40 minutes he asked us to come around the counter and figure it out ourselves. We went through the screens to be able to complete the rental. Then he asked me to move one of the large trucks from in front of the gas pumps and park it in the lot because he didn’t know how to drive the truck. I have never experienced anything like this before. Pretty sure I will not rent from U-Haul again.

I waited for an hour and half to rent the 20 ft uhaul. After the wait I just called uhaul and did everything over the phone MYSELF and just then went in and picked the key up. I estimated 60 miles but only used 29 miles. Then when I returned it they told me my credit card was declined...no problem when they put a $101 hold on my card. I had plenty of money in my account. I told them to run the credit card again and they said they couldn’t I had to give them cash but they put a $7.95 hold was put on my card today. I know it better be removed by tomorrow. I had to run to the bank and paid the the $65 from the same account they put the hold on. I was not pleased with this location.

My experience with U-Haul at The Navy Gas Station on Route 40 in Elkton, Md. Was awesome.! The lady preparing my contract was professional, courteous, and made sure that I understood all the options. When I returned later in the afternoon, the staff who signed me out were courteous and professional, I was very glad that I chose this location for my needs. The service was exceptional and the staff courteous and professional I was very well taken care of, my needs were met 100%

My comments about this rental experience starts with my call to your national rental center in Arizona. The representative seemed distracted from the beginning. She misspelled my name, my email address and phone number. I asked for a round trip rental ( local for you) and was given a one way contract. When I was asked for the mileage, I said it really did not know because I needed to go to two places to pick up furniture and then drive to Lancaster PA. I said it was about 50 miles to Lancaster but did not know how what the side trips would add up to. My mistake was I did not understand all the fine print in the contract, but did not receive my information until I called your national number on the day I wanted the truck because I did not receive a confirmation email or phone call because the first representative got all my information wrong. I received your confirmation emails after I picked up the truck. When is picked up the truck, I said again that I wanted a local rental because I was bring furniture back on the return trip. I was told no issue, and it would be fine to do so. What was not said to me was additional charges would result for mileage. When I returned the truck I was told by the attendant that it would be an additional $100 for mileage or $40 if I returned the truck to Lancaster. At that point I took the truck back to my home and called your Lancaster Branch. Best experience was my call with this representative. She helped me understand your policy fine print. In the end I was charged an additional $50+ for mileage. Truck was not an issue, it did it's job. Lancaster representative was helpful and professional. As far as the rest of the experience it was disappointing at best. The station that I picked up my rental needs to operate it's business as they see fit and I respect that, but it is not a business that meets my expectations. Next time I will drive the extra miles to another location to pick up a rental.
