Have someone on site who can process the pick-up of a rental and have the requested equipment available. I made my reservation a week in advance, and the location still didn’t have the dolly I needed. I came at my appointment time as well, and there was no one at the location to do my rental. I had to complete the transaction over the phone.

GERALD HI booked one location that was closer to my destination and the day before I was told to pick it up at a different location adding twenty miles to my trip costing more money,then when I get there a half hour early so I would be able to get on the road quickly and return it earlier I an delayed almost 40 minutes because the lady booking it has no clue what the he'll she's doing, and speaks very little English. Needles to say was not happy with using your company. Thanks in advance Bill Knowlton
