Some employees are super helpful, but others not so much. I asked one woman about renting here, and she had no clue what was even going on. Thankfully, there was another woman in the back who knew what I needed (even though they didn't have it), and she was also the one there when I dropped off. I'm glad she was able to help, but the other woman should've known, too.

It was an ok drop off area. Gas was cheap there if you needed to fill up the tank. The lady who worked there was very nice.
SUSAN FNo furniture blankets available. Which makes the truck useless. To be fair, the person referred me to lou on progress road who was terrific in helping us. She was also very apologetic. I had a good experience prior but I do not think they have scale or the system is not supporting them. E.g., blanket availability.
Julian TNo hassles.
Lisa Lyou are as irresponsible with some of the businesses you allow to be deaers as they are. I had problems picking up the trailer i rented as well as dropping off. when i picked up the trailer the lady in charge was running 4 businesses out of her building. She was from South Africa and rather proud that I could not understand a word she was saying. She was getting ready to leave when I pulled up (I was on time) and as soon as I signed the contract, she pointed to the corner of the parking lot and said "there's yourr trailer " in broken English, and took off before I could inspect the trailer. I found the electrical connection to be a 4 blade connection, which did not match my 7 blade receiver on my truck, therefore, with no one available to provide me an adapter, I had to go to an auto store and buy one. YOU OWE ME $20 FOR THE ADAPTER. next I found the hitch ball was bigger than your hitch on the trailer, and if it wasn't for me having one in my truck to chane in my draw tite, I would have been up shis creek again. The drop off was just as bad. It was a MIni Mart and the lady running it was overwhelmed with customers. I had to wait 20 minutes before she could get to me and changed her mind 3 times on where she wanted me to park the trailer. Finally, I went in to get a receipt, and again, she was so overwhelmed with customers, she asked if she could e mail me a receipt and I told her yes, just so I could get the hell out of there. She failed to send a receipt or turn in our drop off to your accounts receivable, and had your receivables call them to send it in and send me a receipt, which they finally did. I'LL NEVERE USE YOU AGAIN.
