Improper charges for fuel level

Anthony N.The process of making a reservation at the 800 number is totally absurd. I was required to provide a credit card to confirm the reservation before I was told whether or not the equipment was even available. It wasn't! I had to settle for something smaller. I received an email starting it was available and later a call saying it wasn't. I received two emails with two different pick locations. The reservation number was on the email with the wrong pick location. The actual pick up was smooth once we sorted our way through the various incorrect emails I received. When we returned the equipment, the location had no record that we had rented it and informed us that they were about to report it stolen. We had to go through the entire rental process again when it was returned. The location did not have anyone to help attach the trailer.
