Have a jack on the trailer hitch or one available, especially for the enclosed trailers as they are very heavy to lift and get on a hitch.

I was supposed to drop the truck off at the UHaul in Durand WI. When I got there they said that the no longer do UHaul. There is little cell phone coverage in this area so it took me forever to get a hold of UHaul to find out where I could drop of the truck. This was supposed to be a one way trip but because of this it turned out to be a round trip. UHaul needs to have an updated list of locations, so for this reason I have to say the service was poor.

The trailer did NOT have a tongue jack so once it was loaded you were not unhooking it from your vehicle.
