It was very confusing, loud and odd. We had to talk across the convenience store counter. It was done on his computer screen that I could not see, I prefer the standard way and the paper process. The truck drove horribly, the suspension is shot. My back is sore from the ride. Compared to the numerous other times I have rented a truck, this one stood out as less good

Unfortunately, my reservation was moved to this location by U-Haul through no fault of my own. It took almost 30 minutes to get my truck because the lady had to continuously assist the convenience store customers while processing my pick-up reservation. It was a non-stop line for the entire time I was picking up my truck. The lady was nice, but you need a dedicated U haul attendant. Also, she told me that the truck had 3/4 tank of gas and it did not. It only had a little more than 1/4 tank of gas. Why was it not filled???? Oh right, because the pick-up spot is a gas station, so I was forced to put in over $100 to fill the tank at their gas station for my three-hour drive ahead.

Jeff BSmall gas station lot, the personal inside was a life saver, so confusing on where the deop box was located, and where to park in the tiny gas station area. Personal inside helped me through it all, could not imagine the nightmare if they were not present during drop off.
Alexis AThis is a convenience store and the person working did have much knowledge of how to run the U-Haul side. Employee was adding extra charges when we already had a completed contract. The charges did get reversed.
