Was a good experience
RONALD GThe management didn't check in the equipment when it was returned. UHaul corporate called to tell me it was overdue and asked when it will be returned. I explained that I returned it 2 days prior. I called the location and spoke with 2 different people, was on hold for over 30 minutes at one point. Finally I was told that it would be finished in 15 minutes. I have yet to receive a final confirmation email.
BEN KThis place has excellent customer service and not just one individual. I talked to a total of three people reserving, picking up and returning the truck and each person who helped me had very good customer service skills.
