First time trying out a U-Haul from a non-store location. I was pleasantly surprised. Very easy to access, park and drive out of. Bright, big parking lot right in front. Everything was pretty easy. I'd use this location again.

Customer service helped me a lot, but picking up the truck with mobile pickup was beyond a nightmare I was there 4 hours!!!! And on customer service for 2 hours!

SOOREN Ggas level was lower then record, I take a long time try to change it but not feel good.
JUN GI put average because well the truck was fine, but next time when a customer pays for equipment like cloth to use on furniture, I'd like to actually be able to use it instead of wasting 10 Dollars on nothing.
