First time trying out a U-Haul from a non-store location. I was pleasantly surprised. Very easy to access, park and drive out of. Bright, big parking lot right in front. Everything was pretty easy. I'd use this location again.
Kelvin MCustomer service helped me a lot, but picking up the truck with mobile pickup was beyond a nightmare I was there 4 hours!!!! And on customer service for 2 hours!
