The vendor equipped a different vehicle than the one the app assigned, which caused some confusion and delay in the check-in, plus the app obviously did not accept the license plate in the photo submitted. The female party of the vendor had trouble with the lock box in the van to retrieve the ignition key and began yelling at her husband over the phone in front of me. Not cool! I ordered and was supplied 1 heavy dolly and 1 set of blankets but was charged for 2 each in the receipt. I submitted a complaint but still have not heard back.
