Store representative never picked up my or U-haul representative's calls. Very hard to find the store location. I'm not even sure the office exist at all. No signage of where the store is. Not recommended at all. I would suggest U-haul to cancel the deal with this 3rd party vendor because it's ruining the reputation of U-haul.

Tejinder SHonestly It was bit hard to pick up this truck, - First I experienced delay in picking up due to no one was there. - Second, I didn’t opt in for the damage insurance and that guy added it even if I said it NO. I would not suggest it this way place. They add damage insurance without your consent.
