Don't keep or discard items without giving 24hr notice. I left an ottoman in the back of 10' truck and when I called the next morning(they were closed when I returned the truck); No answer, I texted; No response. Went to the store it was claimed that there was nothing found in truck and the truck was rented out again at the time of my arrival.

SIMONE BI took pictures of gas gauge . They charged me too much. I want a refund
William BIt says 20$ on the side of the truck, in total ended up being over 150$ . Gas tank said it was 3/4 full when I got it, when I started the truck, barely 1/4th tank full.
Trevor PCommunication. I tried to pick this up using the app and it told me to call customer service (wait time on hold) and so I did and they said to go inside. So I did. So I had to wait for some dude to handle everything over the phone anyway... I mean.. not very efficient and I lost an hour of the precious time window. The guy was not apologetic. Not personable, got weird when I asked him if he was at the store or not....
