This was by far the WORST experience I have ever experienced with a moving company. First, my reservation location was changes. Then, I arrive to my new location to stand outside and be told to call a number on a sheet of paper. After calling the number and being asked to provide the SAME information I had previously entered online was absurd!! No way would I text my personal information to a random personal cell number. Mr. Patel was rude and the environment was unsafe in my opinion!!!!!!!! Uhaul was NO help when I contacted the scheduling team to ask for a different location due to the owner being rude and the property feeling totally unsafe! I told them I would get an officer and family to escort me back to the location due to the unsafe environment and rude owner of the establishment! I would not recommend the location to anyone!!!!!!

ADREANNE FThey took a $100 security, and say we would get it back when we return the truck (different locations) we'll different location say they never herd about security deposit at all ,don't fall for that scam .
