I was helped by some folks who seemed brand new so when I say that they went above and beyond to help me even when they didn’t necessarily know the answers, I mean it! Everyone was so kind, and the local manager Ruther was easily accessible when we needed extra help with my reservation! Thank you all so much for making a stressful day so much easier!

Have the supplies that I requested online would be nice. We had to purchase our own furniture dolly because they were not prepared to fill our order. Also, it’s rude to comment on the amount of moving blankets I requested because the clerk feels that I over ordered when I actually have a lot of nice furniture and a lot of glass items that required extra padding.
RONDA CI only went 8 miles with the truck. I put $20 in gas to put in more than I started with, yet I got charged $22.00 for gas. 8 miles no way could that be correct. I took a pic of the milage and gas when I picked up the truck. It's impossible. So I'm a bit upset with that
HOPE AI am deaf, so I set everything up to do a contactless pick up. (Which I've done several times before at different locations, without issue) But when I arrive nothing was working, and I ended up having to go and have a long and frustrating process with a person who worked in the site location. Even though I still have a valid order that was paid, I had to do all the intake process again on their laptop, was charged a higher rate then the one I had completed online, and when I asked the attendant why, they said it was a refundable deposit that'd id get back when I returned the keys. That turned out to be a blatant lie. It was no deposit, it was some unnecessary moving insurance that I did not need nor want nor consent to. And had already denied it both online and to them. Yet they charged me for it anyways, lied about it, and then I did not get any of that money returned to me. Please make sure your contactless options are working and available at the sites they are listed at.
