This location should not be a UHaul dealer. We had many issues. The hours that the Uhaul website listed were not correct. We planned to pick the truck up at 8 but did not get it until 9:30. We had MovingHelp waiting for us, thankfully they were polite and accomodating. The phone number that UHaul texted me for the dealer to confirm is disconnected. The sign on the door of the shop said they opened at 9 but no one was there. Finally, after repeatedly knocking on the door of a camper in the parking lot, a woman answered who was very rude and told me, "This is not a good day for me to deal with a UHaul." To top it off, the dealer did not have the appliance dolly or blankets that I reserved and needed for my move. The truck itself performed very well. The Movnig Help crew was great. Thank you for your attention to this.



Easy access and drop off after hours, well lit, and clear signs to key drop box. Received receipt via email the next day. Perfect!

I had completed reservation online as I always have done in the past to speed up the checkout process. The location is not an easy find, but when we arrived the staff member was not comfortable with the process. We had requested a truck, car dolly, hand truck, and two dozen blankets. They had the dolly attached to the truck when we arrived. They didn’t confirm the tire pressure before we left as the driver back trailer tire was very low, and we had to turn around and bring it back after a couple blocks to add air. We had to add air every few hours to keep the pressure at 70. They had issues printing the paper work so didn’t know they had the wrong hand truck listed. We also didn’t get half of the blankets we requested. I have been using U-Haul for over 30 years and this was the worst experience we have ever had.

Sign on the door says they open at 9am, but I scheduled my rental for 8am. They were a tiny bit late opening the door and we panicked. I'd recommend posting a different sign for U-Haul hours.

U-haul tried to assign me a different size truck. I had to insist on receiving the 10' truck that I had reserved. Because of this someone else after me may not be getting the truck they reserved.

When reserving on line, I requested to drop off at certain location, but sent me to another....NOT GOOD........I don't like how you changed my mind for me. You won't do me like that again, because of that little switch-a-roo I won't use or recommend your company.

There should be some indication on the street (11th Avenue) that the store exists. Because of the store's location I had to search to find it.

Chris was very helpful though he had no help as he was only one there on day of pickup. i had ordered a tow hitch to be picked up at this location and was told I would be notified when it arrived. It arrived at the Franklin ave location and I was not notified. It was a time sensitive issue for me. I then drove across town to pick it up myself.

This a non person drop off sight, it took way too long to do your online check out, glad I have an iPhone. I had to leave a appliance dolly in the back of the truck without a lock, in a sketchy area.
