The location was incredible. U-Haul as a company needs to improve. It is unacceptable that you do not notify a customer if a dolley is not available. You need to notify your customers as a Uhaul corporation. This location was incredibly helpful - corporate was not

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHave wiring adaptors available for sale instead of releasing the trailer with the renters to search for one to make the trailer legal, or specify the trailer connection in the specs. I had to by a 7 into 4 adaptor.
MICHAEL MFYI, one trailer tire was fairly new, but the other was slick on the inside edge
ROGER MWe did not go in the facility. They met us in the yard. It was easy drop off.
Lori KThe attendant was helpful with connecting the trailer but after that step was completed, he stated my part is done and walked off. This was after I asked him a question about what my next steps were.
