I had reserved my Uhaul to be picked up in Independence. The day before I was notified there was not going to be one available. Picking up in Eureka was a huge inconvenience but I was able to make it work. I was not happy about this at all. While I do understand small towns do not have the availability the cities do, this could have been disastrous if I had not been able to adjust my schedule.
