No one there, tried to confirm prior to pickup but no one ever answered, truck did not have blankets I ordered, trucked pulled very badly to the left and was missing lug nuts on wheels
Paul KThe location was decent. There was plenty of room. Although there should be a sign that you can see from the road that says U-Haul. I thought I was in the wrong spot
Charity DOnline it indicated that this location was open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. We arrived by 8:00 pm and there was no one there to check us in. There was minimal instruction on the key return box. I called the U-Haul number that I had (GO UHAUL) and was on hold for an extended period of time. Knowing that the return would be like this ahead of time would have helped.
JACLYNN KThere was only a drop box located on the side of the building that you couldn't see. I had to go into the ice cream business to ask directions. She said to use the drop box on side of garage back behind their building. We actually brought the truck back a day early. We only had it for 24 hours vs.48 hours. There needs to be signage, so you know where you are going.
