Service provider did not tighten the trailer hitch to the ball!!!! Drove out the exit and on a VERY BUSY road the ^*#*+ trailer came off the ball!!!! I am submitting a damage claim to where it ran into the back of my Rivian !!! Stand by!!!!
MICHAEL CThe location did not "check in" the truck into your system when I returned it. The next day when I didn't receive my email receipt, I called them to ask about my receipt. They realized their error and "checked in" the truck. By then, the fuel in the truck mysteriously dropped from 5/8 full to 1/4 full and charged me for the gas. I called your customer service line, and they are processing a refund for the fuel charge. I have NEVER had this much trouble with a U-Haul rental !!!
