This is a very new location, so unfortunately, they had no units available besides the one I had put a reservation on. This wouldn't have been a problem except that the bearings on the trailer they gave me made the tires wobble. I took the trailer back to them and had to wait 4 hours to get the trailer fixed. When I went to return the trailer, most of the facilities recommended by U-Haul didn't accept trailers. I had called Calvin at Starcraft (from whom I got the trailer) where the trailer would need to go. This was after multiple calls to the U-Haul customer service number, with no answer. HE told me he didn't know, and good luck.
