LELAND JThe truck cargo area is not waterproof at all. With it raining, there was water all over the floor of the cargo area. Also, the UHaul app and website are incredibly slow. Worse than any other app or site I can think of. Took more than 20 min to pick up truck, waiting for each page to load for a long time. Should have taken <5 min.

CAJETAN DThe office was closed because the owner's dad had a medical emergency. The truck wash attendant informed me of the situation. The cell service was very bad. Check in pictures failed to upload. I have these pics if you need them. The location was very convenient with plenty of room to maneuver.
