Truck I had had issues with the key. Had to wiggle it a few times in the ignition to get it to turn so I could crank it every time I needed to start it up. Other than that everything was fine.

Was told there was no customer parking for some reason, even though there are parking spaces there and i've rented from this place previously and parked there without issue. Also, ordered a furniture cart to help with the move and never got it as it was not loaded in the truck.

Staff was friendly, but not enough of them present, making the wait time longer than it should have been. The AC was also off which made the waiting uncomfortable. Last but not least, there is no key drop. This makes no sense at all and forces you to drive back the next day. I don't recommend this location.

Is there a minimum for mileage one is charged when renting a van for a day? The estimated mileage and the actual never changed on my rental receipt even though I drove the van quite a bit less than the estimated mileage. Is the difference supposed to be refunded?

In terms of friendliness of the staff & the van I rented, all top notch. However, this location apparently has issues with the local government so now they don't have a night drop. This is very inconvenient. I got a van for 4 hours but then I'm responsible for it through the night? There needs to be some improvements to the property to allow for night drops to occur or you need to severely penalize customers who don't properly do a night drop. If the situation wasn't annoying enough, I was told this as I was signing the contract (not before & there didn't appear to be any signage indicating the situation).

The fact that I had to park my car outside of the lot while using the van I rented was unexpected and a bit worrisome, but I greatly appreciated the staff member's advice on a safe place to park. It turned out to be a smooth experience, and I would recommend this location.

The customer service was horrible, and the manager/service provider was very lazy. The U-haul employee charged me for extra insurance, and when I asked him to remove the charge, he told me that the destination drop off location should be able to remove that charge. That was a complete lie and caused me extra headache and time at the drop off location. Very poor service.

There was a long line and the staff didn't appear to want to be there. That said, they seemed pretty efficient and knew what they were doing. They told us we could bring the truck back any time before 10am the next day with no additional charge and when we did bring it back (at 5:10pm) they tried to charge extra, claiming that they had no idea what we were talking about. We were happy that their resolution included NOT charging us for their mistake though, so overall we were pretty satisfied.

Nothing, my experience was great. The only negative was that the guy who was there for drop off was on his phone the whole time. The manager who helped me in the morning was awesome and I was in and out very quickly.

I bought 2 flat panel tv boxes online while reserving my truck. When i went to get the truck and the boxes, they were out of stock. If you all are going to offer box/equipment purchase associated with reservations you need some kind of inventory database so customers know whether or not that item is in stock at their pick up location. In essence, you provide a service which encourages people to buy equipment through you at the time of moving. If the customer's expectation is that the equipment they purchased is available that day in order for them to complete their move, you all have a responsibility to ensure that the equipment IS available. In my case you merely insinuated an item's availability, encouraged me to purchase it, then were out of stock.
