The customer service "manager, Mr T T, was extremely rude. Avoid that facility at all costs, unless you want to be treated like a piece of crap.

I rented a truck for Sunday morning. The order was confirmed and I was told I could do mobile pick up. I got to the location Sunday at 7:20 am and tried to check in and the website told me there was no truck assigned to my order. I called Thomas and he said the girl that was supposed to put it out the night before did not, so there was no truck for me and I would have to wait for him to come from Maryland to get it sorted out for me. Essentially 45 minutes later after waiting in the Uhaul parking lot by myself with random men asking me every 5 minutes if I needed help moving - I was able to get a truck. While I had a horrible experience, I would like to say that Thomas was EXTREMELY helpful, great at his job and I very much appreciate the time and effort he put into rectifying the mistake that was made. Unfortunately, this experience was horrible, completely set back my schedule for moving and made the whole day that much more stressful. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Dirt on floor of van. Missing part of side view mirror. Uhaul app didn't work (couldn't find our reservation). Customer service on the phone told us there was no after hours drop off at the building even though the woman at the desk earlier in the day said there was. Pro: the woman at the desk was great--very helpful.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. They knew the job and made sure I was all set to go. I made the reservation on-line the night before, and when I showed-up the next day, I had all that I needed. It was a great experience!

I specifically requested to waive the $11 insurance and after receiving my receipt in an email, I learned I was charged for the insurance anyways. Unfortunately, the location was closed by the time I checked the receipt.

The truck size I had reserved was not available due to a mechanical issue with a previous renter. I was fine with a smaller vehicle and was given a discount on mileage. It turned out to be a bigger inconvenience than I anticipated though, as not all my stuff fit in the smaller truck. My movers who I hired through U-Haul’s Moving Help site, were also more than 2.5 hours behind schedule so I had to return the truck after hours and it was unclear where to leave the keys. Lastly, the truck was recorded at 1/2 tank gas but when I got in to drive off the lot it was at 3/8. All in all, I ran into a series of inconveniences that made my move frustrating, but the staff at this location preemptively handled the things they had control over. I would only hold them responsible for inaccurate reporting of the gas gauge level.

Based on the interaction with the three staff members (one on the 23rd and two on the 24th), there is absolutely nothing you can do to improve the service I received. They were superb!! Now, the folks on the outside looking for work need to be sectioned off to the side and advised NOT to run up to cars. Maybe UHaul can institute a number system to help these day workers. Just a suggestion. Thank you!

You should have a drop box for the keys, I came to drop off my rented vehicle just a few minutes after 7 pm, the store was closed at 7 pm and no way to drop the keys, I have to come back next day to drop the keys again, at least you have to put a drop box Thank you
